2019年にopenしたヘアサロン FLEURIは今後の更なる発展の為に中途スタイリスト/面貸しの募集を行います。
新しいサロン形態を求め、個人の自由度を保もちながらより高い次元で高め合い、チームとして活躍していける仲間を求めています。

サロンワーク

＜店内構成＞
セット面8面
シャンプー台3台
＜勤務体制＞
平日／11:00~20:00
土日祝／10:00～19:00
※火曜定休日
＜休暇＞
火曜日+月4日
年末年始休暇5日間
有給休暇10日間（勤務半年後から）
＜給与体制＞
固定給¥225,584（2026.7月現在）
※売り上げが上がり次第プラス歩合（〜最大50%）
※交通費支給有り
※社会保険料、所得税、住民税が引かれます。

FLEURI, a hair salon that opened in 2019, is now recruiting mid-career stylists and booth renters to further expand and develop our business.
We are looking for team members who seek a new salon environment where individuality and freedom are valued, while also striving together at a higher level as a team.

• Salon work
• Hair and makeup assistance for magazine/web media shoots, collections, TV recordings, etc.
• 8 styling stations
• 3 shampoo stations
• Weekdays: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Weekends & Holidays: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
(Closed on Tuesdays)
• Tuesdays + 4 additional days per month
• Year-end/New Year holidays (5 days)
• 10 days of paid leave (after 6 months of employment)
• Fixed salary: ¥225584 (as of July 2026)
• Additional commission based on sales (up to 50%)
• Transportation expenses covered
